The Northern Land Council (NLC) is seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Network Services Manager to lead the delivery of our regionalisation strategies and services across the Top End. This is a key leadership role that drives operational excellence, builds cohesive teams, and ensures efficient service delivery across NLC’s seven regions and centralised customer service and logistics functions.
About the role
Reporting to the General Manager Regional Development, this position is accountable for overseeing NLC’s regional office network and associated service delivery. You will provide operational leadership, oversight, and direction to ensure regional services are delivered effectively and in alignment with the NLC’s statutory obligations under the Aboriginal Land Rights (NT) Act 1976 and Native Title Act 1993.
The role incorporates strategic planning, operational management, stakeholder engagement, and people-centred leadership.
What You Will Bring
You are a results-driven leader with extensive operational management experience, ideally gained in complex and remote service delivery environments. You bring a proven ability to lead and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability while maintaining respectful and culturally responsive relationships with Traditional Owners and Aboriginal communities. You are someone with past experience improving service delivery and ensuring operations align with Development Priorities such as articulated in the NLC Strategic and Corporate Plan.
